SAVIS trở thành đơn vị thứ 10 được cấp giấy phép Cung cấp dịch vụ Chứng thực chữ ký số công cộng tại Việt Nam
Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ SAVIS đã chính thức trở thành Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ Chứng thực chữ ký số công cộng thứ 10 tại Việt Nam với thương hiệu TrustCA. Thừa ủy quyền của Bộ trưởng Bộ TT&TT, ông Lã Hoàng Trung – Giám đốc Trung tâm chứng thực điện tử Quốc gia (bên phải) trao giấy phép Cung cấp dịch vụ Chứng thực chữ ký số công cộng cho Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ SAVIS Ngày 18/1/2019 tại Trung tâm chứng thực điện tử Quốc gia (NEAC), thừa ủy quyền của Bộ trưởng Bộ TT&TT, ông Lã Hoàng Trung – Giám đốc NEAC đã trao giấy phép Cung cấp dịch vụ Chứng thực chữ ký số công cộng cho Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ SAVIS. Giấy phép có thời hạn 10 năm kể từ ngày 8/1/2019. Với việc nhận giấy phép trên, SAVIS đã chính thức trở thành Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ Chứng thực chữ ký số công cộng thứ 10 tại Việt Nam với thương hiệu TrustCA. SAVIS cũng là đơn vị đầu tiên được cấp phép theo Nghị định 130/2018/NĐ-CP quy định chi tiết thi hành Luật Giao dịch điện tử về chữ ký số và dịch vụ chứng thực chữ ký số. Ông Lã Hoàng Trung – Giám đốc NEAC, cho biết: Kể từ khi nhận được hồ sơ xin cấp phép của SAVIS, trải qua gần 10 tháng thẩm định kỹ càng, Bộ TT&TT đã chính thức cấp phép cho SAVIS. Để có thể được cấp phép, nhà cung cấp dịch vụ Chứng thực chữ ký số công cộng phải đạt được các tiêu chuẩn về tài chính, nhân lực, cũng như đáp ứng các yêu cầu khắt khe về hạ tầng kỹ thuật bảo mật theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế (chuẩn an ninh FIPS PUB 140-2 mức 3, PKCS #1 version 2.1…). Dịch vụ chữ ký số công cộng là dịch vụ dựa trên nền tảng Hạ tầng khóa công khai (PKI) có độ tin cậy cao đã được triển khai tại nhiều quốc gia trên thế giới và được xem là giải pháp giải quyết triệt để các nguy cơ an ninh trong các giao dịch trực tuyến, cũng như được công nhận về tính pháp lý. Chính vì thế, hiện nay hầu hết các dịch vụ Ngân hàng, Chứng khoán, khai Thuế điện tử, Hải quan điện tử và các dịch vụ hành chính công của các nước như Ấn Độ, Hàn Quốc, Malaysia, Singapore, Trung Quốc… đều sử dụng giải pháp chữ ký số cho các giao dịch điện tử và đây cũng là xu hướng tất yếu tại Việt Nam trong công cuộc chuyển đổi số. Cá nhân và doanh nghiệp khi sử dụng dịch vụ chữ ký số công cộng sẽ tiết kiệm được thời gian và chi phí đi lại đàm phán, ký kết hợp đồng. Tất cả đều có thực hiện thông qua môi trường mạng. Không chỉ bó hẹp trong phạm vi quốc gia, dịch vụ chứng thực chữ ký số cho phép doanh nghiệp tiếp cận cơ hội kinh doanh tại bất kỳ đâu chữ ký số được công nhận. Đại diện SAVIS khẳng định: Để đảm bảo các khách hàng tại Việt Nam đều được hưởng các ích lợi từ dịch vụ chứng thực chữ ký số công cộng, SAVIS cam kết triển khai cung cấp các dịch vụ chứng thực chữ ký số công cộng TrustCA tại tất cả các khu vực trên cả nước. SAVIS attended the International Higher Archival Conference in Paris
With more than 10 years of experience in archive, SAVIS is one of only two delegates from Vietnam to be invited to attend the Conférence Internationale Supérieure d’archives (CISA ) took place in October 2018 in Paris, France. The Conférence Internationale Supérieure d’archives (CISA) is directed at senior Archives staff as well as experienced professionals in other fields such as: project managers, service managers, archivists-experts, teacher-researchers and others concerned with archiving. The seminar aims to involve participants inn case studies that will foster collective thinking, enable the discussion of cross-cultural experiences and sharing best practices from different countries and different types of archiving. The debates will focus, in particular, on archives in the digital ecosystem. They will allow reflection on issues related to digital forms (collection, evaluation, sustainability of digital information, issues related to the re-use of public data, and the implications for changes in trades and professional training). At the event, Mr. Hoang Nguyen Van – CEO of SAVIS presented challenges for digital archives in Vietnam as a case study to discuss with other experts. According to Mr. Van, the biggest challenge of Vietnam is that the archive appears to be under a loose legal framework. Specifically, there are no standards for synchronizing electronic input material management systems, digital signatures, metadata and so on. This leads to the fact that most of surveyed units have not been able to make and manage electronic records. To solve similar problems, many countries in the world have adopted standards for digital archives such as: ISO 19005-1 Document Management – Electronic document file format for long term preservation – Use of PDF/A-1, PDF/A-2, PDF/A-3; ISO 14721:2012 – OAIS (Open Archival Information System) Reference Model; ISO 16363: 2012 Space data and information transfer systems – Audit and certification of trustworthy digital repositories; ISO 23081-1:2017 Information and documentation – Records management processes – Metadata for records; or eIDAS – an EU regulation on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the European Single Market. Following the global trends, SAVIS offers Digital Preservation Management and e-Archive solution based on the Open Archival Information System (OAIS) and in accordance with ISO 14721: 2012, recommended by national archives of the United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and other developed countries. Being honored as a typical product of IT industry in Vietnam in the ceremony of announcing and awarding the Sao Khue titles , SAVIS Digital Preservation Management and e-Archive solution will solve the problem of big data storage of agencies and organizations; to optimize resources for the construction, deployment and operation of data processing systems; to support the investment in IT application efficiency and reduce risks that may arise in archiving.

In Vietnam Digital Awards 2018, SAVIS’s Healthcare Practitioner Registration & Licensing solution was honored as the best digital application in Healthcare. Solution for the project “Management of e-archives of state agencies”
On the 5 th October 2018, National Archives of Vietnam held a conference to ask opinions from ministries, central branches, some provinces and centrally-run cities and enterprises on the subject of information technology – the project “Management of e-archives of State Agencies”, which SAVIS Technology Group is a part of. In the current context, management of documents is one of the basic tasks of state agencies to ensure the effectiveness of administrative reform, demonstrating transparency and accountability of activities using document information. However, a survey of 264 civil servants from 132 state agencies shows that 85% of state agencies and organizations were having trouble in dealing with the management of both paper and e-documents. The status of document management at many agencies and organizations is assessed to be at an average, even weak level. One of the reasons for this situation is the lack of basic research, lack of strategic direction, specific roadmap, equipment investment, etc… for e-document management. Therefore, the development of a plan for e-archives in state agencies is now urgent and necessary. The project “Management of e-archives in state agencies” was established with the aim of improving the legal system and professional management process of e-archives; proceed to implement e-document in 2025, digital storage in 2030; establish a national digital document database and ensure that human resources meet the requirements of e-document management and archiving in the context of e-government. Proposing software solutions and data standards for the implementation of the project, at the seminar, SAVIS presented Digital Preservation Management and e-Archive solution in the standard ISO 14721:2012, recommended by national archives of the United States, Australia, United Kingdom and other developed countries. This solution is awarded as a prominent product in the field of information technology software and service in Vietnam at the Sao Khue award ceremony in 2018.

On July 7, 2018, Vietnam Digital Communications Association (VDCA) held a conference to review of its activities in the first 6 months. On this occasion, VDCA welcomed and celebrated 8 new members, including SAVIS. At the beginning of the conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hong, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications and VDCA Chairman, said that the Association has been founded for 6 years, however increasingly attract members to participate.
